Job Description

- Collaborate with project managers, customers, business analysts, developers, QA, and other IT team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis, design, and creation of quality technical solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-changing, dynamic, and Agile environment, manage time, multi-task, and manage projects with an Agile methodology.
- Work with the appropriate business and engineering teams throughout the application lifecycle to gather requirements, including design creation, drafting of rules/logic, and assist with test case development.
- Serve as a facilitator between business and engineering resources in the translation of business requirements to logic and rules for application ingestion.
- Develop and refine data product documentation for engineering and business audiences.
- Clearly and concisely communicate verbal and written requirements and analysis output to engineering and QA.
- Ability to produce client ready deliverables, including reports and presentations.
- Serve as a facilitator between business and engineering resources by leveraging Postman to test, triage and evaluate customer Restful APIs.
- Assist in the ideation, design and development of self-service enablement tools; engage with end users to ensure shared success and deeper insights.
- Create, maintain and action stories in JIRA product backlog and sprints by comprehending the goal, organizing the stories, and making sure a complete description of the solution is provided.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Attentive to detail, self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to focus on and meet deadlines and goals
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
- Hands-on experience with Rest APIs and tools such as Postman
- Experienced in story and defect management in Jira
- 3-5 years of experience
