Job Description

Provides data entry and basic technical support services to end-users of Salesforce. Job Duties: Diagnoses Salesforce issues and troubleshoot computer software, hardware, and networking issues. Provide technical support to remedy computer problems. Follows up with users after problems have been resolved. Provides training in computer set-up and new technologies. Experience and Education: Salesforce ticketing system preferred. Performs work remotely. Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

Required Skills

Job Duties:

Would be responsible to assist and maintain the data within Salesforce going forward:

• Customer Accounts

• Creation of Accounts

• Editing Accounts (Addresses, Service Territory, Hours of Operation for example)

• Archiving Accounts

• Customer Contracts

• Customer SLA’s/Entitlements

• Creation of new customer SLA/Entitlement requirements that will be received via the customer contract.

• Maintenance of current SLA’s/Entitlements within Salesforce whenever a customer location updates the hours of operation. The SLA/Entitlement would then need to be updated that is associated with the customer account

• New Salesforce User Account Vetting

• Salesforce Process Documentation and training library maintenance.
