• Supports Legal budget tracking, management and reporting (including POs and invoices for select categories) 
• Responsible for managing and tracking project timelines and deliverables as directed, and communicating status updates to stakeholders 
• Collaborates across the Legal department and with other functions such as IT, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and HR to ensure alignment with objectives and initiatives 
• Supports Legal Operations objectives 

• Monthly review/audit of invoices, accounting accrual and budget reporting 
• Support technology tools and enhancements within Legal department to optimize processes and communication 
• Create status reports and maintain data sources 
• Ensures compliance with internal timelines, metrics, and processes (e.g. Records Management) 
• Ad hoc projects and general administrative support as needed 

• BA/BS and 3+ years relevant industry experience 
• Technical expertise (SharePoint sites, portal content management) 
• Proven problem-solving skills 
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Routine demands of an office based environment.
