MS Office Support Specialist
Role and Responsibilities:


· Provide walk-in, email, and telephone one-on-one “ how to use” application support for Microsoft Windows office applications and equipment

· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include Access

· Assist walk-in customers with using peripherals and hardware including scanners, wide format printers (plotter), CD/DVD duplication, and all types of removable media and video capturing

· Maintain computer equipment for customer checkout (e.g. projector, digital cameras, video cameras, etc.)

· Assist customers with converting video content from one format to another

· Develop, update, and revise user guides

· Research new hardware and software to meet customers’ requirements

Experience (required):

· Microsoft Office products (05 years)

· Technical understanding of devices (printers, plotters, etc)

· Customer service (03 years)

Experience (preferred):

· knowledge

Clearance (preferred):

· Public Trust – You will receive a Public Trust clearance before starting.

Certification (preferred):

· Microsoft Office certification
