Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage IT projects, specifically focusing on Infrastructure, Application Development, and ERP initiatives.
- Report directly to the Senior Project Manager or PMO Leadership, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology teams, senior management, stakeholders, and business users.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive successful project outcomes by effectively planning, organizing, and controlling project activities.
- Foster effective communication channels, both internally and externally, to guarantee clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, providing timely resolutions to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with team members to establish and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
Top 3 Required Skills:
- IT Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing projects across Infrastructure, Application Development, and ERP. Possession of relevant PM certifications such as PMP, Agile, Scrum, etc.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with technical teams, senior management, stakeholders, and business users.
- Proven IT Project Management Background: A track record of successful IT project management, specifically in the areas of Infrastructure, Application Development, and ERP.
