Engineering Control Account Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include schedule planning and status, measurement of accomplishment, actual cost collection, variance analysis and resultant corrective action, and estimating costs at completion.
Manage the Torpedo Systems engineering development cost and schedule data using the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) guidelines as described in the EVMS System Description; including timely and accurate monthly EV updates, variance explanations, and IMS narrative updates as required.
Support Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (CEAC) reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR), Program Management Reviews (PMR) and engineering systems Integrated Product Teams (IPT) meetings.
Track and analyze engineering progress against the IMS, perform Estimate at Complete (EAC) adjustments as needed.
Assist with the development and reporting of Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Statement of Work (SOWs), and contract changes.
Document delays, changes in scope, and any other issues/risks that may arise and impact the scope of work, schedule, or budget.
Act as financial and/or contract point-of-contact for the Engineering team.
Control and monitor staffing authorizations and identify staffing needs to execute tasking.
Plan and prepare presentation materials and execute System Engineering Technical Review (SETR) events with the customer per contractual requirements.
