  • Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining various database systems, including Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, Ocean Base, and Doris.

Job Description:

Essential Functions:
  • Assist with the installation and setup of MES, LES, TOM, SPC, and other essential application systems and their related databases.
  • Monitor the operational status of MES, LES, TOM, SPC, and other application systems to ensure they are running efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MES, LES, TOM, SPC, and other application systems, optimizing performance as needed.
  • Manage the backup and recovery processes for MES, LES, TOM, SPC, and related databases to prevent data loss.
  • Install and configure SAP-related systems and ensure they are properly integrated with other IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor the performance and availability of SAP systems, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization for SAP systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Perform regular backups and recovery operations for SAP systems to maintain data integrity.
  • Ensure database systems, such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, Ocean Base, and Doris, are well-maintained, including installation, configuration, and performance optimization.
  • Quickly identify and resolve database and system faults to minimize downtime.
  • Evaluate and plan for system resource requirements to ensure adequate capacity and scalability.
  • Implement measures to optimize database and system performance, improving response times and overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Automation, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing application systems and databases.
  • Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining various database systems, including Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, Ocean Base, and Doris.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly resolve system and database issues.
  • Experience in performance tuning and optimization of both application systems and databases.
  • Knowledge of backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Ability to evaluate system resource needs and plan for future capacity.
  • Familiarity with distributed databases and modern database management practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance is required for this position.
  • Ability to interact professionally with individuals of varied backgrounds and skill level.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to move around work sites, which may include walking, standing, and climbing ladders or stairs.
  • Flexibility to bend, kneel, or crouch, particularly when inspecting installations or troubleshooting.
  • Capability to lift and carry moderate weights, typically up to 25-50 pounds.
  • Occasional lifting of heavier items may be required.
  • Ability to work in various environments, including offices, construction sites, and manufacturing facilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to various job sites, which may require driving or other forms of transportation.
